While painting this piece, I was reminded of a younger version of myself, eager for days spent under a sunny sky amidst tall grass and flowers like this. And while my life is busier now, I was reminded to seek more moments that feel like this: free. May this artwork spark in you the same, to remind you to notice life's impermanency, the natural beauty that surrounds you, and to make the most of the time you have seeking moments that bring out the free in you.
